Privacy Notice
Effective 4 October 2026. This notice describes the public MIRCO website and MIRCO-hosted services. Product-specific or signed commercial terms may add more detail.
1. Information we may process
We may process account and contact information you submit, service configuration, support communications, billing records for paid services, security and audit logs, and technical telemetry needed to operate and protect MIRCO-hosted services.
2. Wallet and signing data
MIRCO Wallet is designed so signing authority remains local to the wallet/user boundary. MIRCO services should not require your private keys or recovery phrase. Never send them to support.
3. Public chain data
Blockchain addresses, transactions and other public-chain information may be processed by RPC, Explorer, indexing or verification services because that data is public by design.
4. Why we process data
- Provide and secure requested services.
- Operate authentication, billing, support and service reliability.
- Detect abuse, diagnose incidents and preserve audit evidence.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Cookies and local storage
The public site may use essential browser storage for preferences such as theme. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced, the public site should disclose them before relying on them where consent is required.
6. Service providers and transfers
Infrastructure providers may process data needed to host or protect the service. Contractual or product documentation may identify additional processors for paid services.
7. Retention
Retention depends on the service, security needs, contractual commitments and applicable law. Managed-service retention does not create authority to alter canonical chain history.
8. Your requests
For privacy questions or rights requests, contact legal@mircochain.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on account-specific requests.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
