Terms of Service
Effective 4 October 2026. These terms cover the public MIRCO website and self-serve MIRCO-hosted services unless a signed agreement or order form says otherwise.
1. Services
MIRCO provides protocol software, self-host tooling and optional hosted or managed services. A blockchain or network is not made valid by a MIRCO subscription, and billing state is not consensus truth.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security and for using the services lawfully. You must not abuse infrastructure, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, or use MIRCO services to distribute malware or conduct unlawful activity.
3. Keys and authority
You are responsible for safeguarding private keys, recovery phrases and signing devices under your control. MIRCO support will never ask you to send a recovery phrase or private key by email.
4. Pricing and billing
Published self-serve prices and order-form pricing apply to commercial services. Network fees, protocol fees, provider fees and MIRCO service fees are separate categories and should not be represented as one another. Managed resources may be limited, suspended or stopped for nonpayment according to the applicable plan; billing does not rewrite canonical chain state or ownership.
5. Self-host software
Open-source components are governed by their applicable licenses. Commercial maintenance, premium tooling or managed-service entitlements are separate from the validity of a self-hosted chain.
6. Availability and changes
Unless a signed SLA applies, self-serve services are provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features may evolve, and capability-gated features should not be treated as available until the active deployment proves them.
7. Risk
Blockchain systems involve software, network, market, custody and third-party risks. You are responsible for deciding whether a deployment or transaction is appropriate for your use case.
8. Liability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an “as available” basis except where a signed agreement states otherwise. Any liability limits or warranties in a signed commercial agreement control over these public terms.
